Care Callers make a monthly telephone call to each parishioner who desires a call to learn of any pastoral care concerns, hospital stays, and so on, and to communicate those prayer concerns, as appropriate, to the intercessory prayer community within St. Matthew’s. Homebound Visitation
Some of our folk are home bound or in nursing homes. If you are one of those persons, we at St. Matthew’s want you to remain a part of the Eucharistic community. One of our Lay Eucharistic Visitors will be happy to bring Communion to you directly from the Sunday morning service.

Pastoral Care
The Pastoral Care Ministry exists to extend the transforming presence of Christ to all members of the Cathedral by providing spiritual comfort, intercessory prayer, biblical counsel in seasons of crisis, distress, grief, institutionalization, spiritual direction, and other needs.
